In 2017, factor-i GmbH Zertifikatefabrik created the final terms for around 363,000 new issues. This corresponds to an increase of 20% compared to the previous year. factor-i GmbH Zertifikatefabrik was thus responsible for over 10% of all final terms for new structured securities in Germany. For these issues, the corresponding electronic interface reports were simultaneously submitted to BaFin, WM Datenservice, Clearstream, the German company register and the applications for the listing via derivateXXL on the Frankfurt and Stuttgart stock exchanges. In addition, the data for these issues was also made available via email to other external data recipients and financial service providers. All activities were executed on a fully-automated basis. Furthermore, factor-i GmbH Zertifikatefabrik produced more than 40,000 product information sheets (PIB) on demand in 2017, all fully-automated.
