Andrea Korte

Andrea Korte is a lawyer and the Managing Director of factor-i GmbH Zertifikatefabrik. She started her career in investment banking at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in 1999. At Sal. Oppenheim and Macquarie Securities Group in Frankfurt, she headed the team responsible for documentation for structured securities and was head of the German Legal department of Macquarie until the end of 2011. She was also a Deputy Chairwoman of the Committee for Regulation and Investor Protection of the German Derivatives Association (DDV). Andrea Korte studied law in Frankfurt am Main and Geneva and is admitted to the bar.

Peter Zugmantel

As Managing Director of factor-i GmbH Zertifikatefabrik, Peter Zugmantel is responsible for important customer relationships. He has worked for EffCom/LPA since 1995. He was a member of the Management Board of the former EffCom AG. He was responsible for project management, finance and controlling and also worked directly on projects at factor-i GmbH Zertifikatefabrik. Peter Zugmantel studied business administration at the University of Mannheim.

Carsten Jeske

Carsten Jeske has more than 20 years of experience with IT solutions in the financial industry. His expertise lies in investment banking, especially in the trading environment, securities and new issues, as well as the automation and optimization of the associated processes and data. In this environment, he assumes roles either directly on the business side, as an interface to IT or within the IT team itself. His hands-on approach in meeting the requirements contributes to a high success rate. He is a member of the examination board of IT specialists at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Before working as an IT service provider, he worked in investment banking at Sal Oppenheim in Frankfurt.
